Naomi (B. Health Science Speech Pathology Hons 1st) joined the team in March 2017 having worked for Autism Spectrum Australia and Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
Using speech, sign pictures or Alternative and Augmentative communication (AAC) devices, Naomi helps children reach their communicative potential. She enjoys helping families to build their own skill sets and capacity to help their children communicate.
“I love undertaking therapy through play and enjoy getting to know the individual and the beautiful, kind, adventurous, funny, determined (and cheeky!) personalities.”
With a strong passion for the disability sector, the most rewarding part of her work is being part of each child and families individual journey.
“I recognise early childhood intervention is a complex area and requires the application of specialised developed skills and abilities to effectively support each individual client and their families to achieve their goals and dreams.”
Naomi loves to connect with the great outdoors and enjoys camping, cooking and catching up with friends.Back to Our Team
