The Transition to School Resource package will support a smoother transition for children with disabilities and development delays, and will provide an easier navigation of the three school systems for families.
Developed by Northcott and NSW Family and Community Services (FACS), All In! The Inclusion Guide provides information to make it easier for individuals, businesses and health online pharmacy organisations to include children with disabilities aged 0-8 years in their activities, events and venues.
Oi – Online Inclusion
Online inclusion “Oi” offers a structured and informal online support platform for people living with a disability, their families, carers and support teams. It aims to be a disability information hub where everyone can obtain accurate quality information, resources, support links and factsheets. This offers a perfect place online for people in regional and remote areas to access information and support as well.
My Choice Matters
Having more choice, voice and control is a big change for many people. My Choice Matters will bring people together to share their experiences and collect ideas and information that everyone can use.
Resourcing Families provides information and ideas for families, friends and allies of people with disability so that they can have knowledge, skills, confidence and networks to plan a good life for and with a person with disability.
Triple P Stepping Stones
Early Connections has trained facilitators in this evidenced based program in positive parenting for families who have a child aged 2-12yrs with a diagnosed disability who require support with behaviour.
ECIA – Early Childhood Intervention Australia
